Young Person – It was great, I have definitely achieved my goal.
Parent – Best CAMHS service received ever! I have experienced CAMHS services in other areas of the country and South Tyneside Lifecycle is by far the most efficient and pro-active.
Child – Playing; you really get my feelings.
Parent – Calm, caring environment, I was listened to without judgement and was able to take away insight.
Young Person – I was listened to and taken seriously when I talked.
Parent – I feel (my child) has opened up to talking about her anxieties more within the family. (My child) felt at last someone would listen to how she actually felt instead of being told to toughen up.
Young Person – The staff are really friendly and outgoing and very helpful when needed.
Parent – I was initially apprehensive – not knowing what was entailed – but ‘comforted’ to find my daughter’s problem wasn’t unusual.
