How to get in touch

If you are a parent or carer for a child, or a young person (aged 16 and over), you can make a self-referral to this service.

A member of our Admin staff will take your name and basic details and you will be asked to book into a convenient telephone appointment with one of our workers who will ask about you or your child’s needs in more detail.  You will be asked to complete an assessment questionnaire.
